A350 LF1 is a low-temperature carbon steel specifically designed for applications requiring excellent toughness and strength in sub-zero environments. A350 LF1 carbon steel under the ASTM A350 standard, which governs forgings for piping components used in low-temperature service. A350 LF1 is engineered to maintain its mechanical properties at temperatures as low as -50°F (-46°C).

A350 LF1 low-temperature carbon steel is a ferritic steel with enhanced notch toughness, achieved through controlled chemical composition and heat treatment processes. A350 LF1 carbon steel is primarily used in the production of forged fittings, flanges, valves, and other pressure-containing components for low-temperature service in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation. Its ability to withstand brittle fracture under extreme cold makes it ideal for cryogenic systems and pipelines in harsh climates.

Conventional Dimensions:
- Flanges: NPS 1/2 to NPS 48 (DN15 to DN1200)
- Fittings: Wall thickness up to Schedule 160
- Forgings: Custom sizes up to 5000 lbs per piece
